A points system is used to place exhibitors that have turned in their applications during the "Early Bird" rate period (before June 1). The system will be used for those applications received to that point. If your booth choices have been taken by those ranked ahead of you, you will be contacted to choose from the booths that are still available.Following the use of the points system, exhibitors registered after the "Early Bird" rate period (after June 1) are subject to a first-come, first-served basis for choice of booth placement.
